By accessing or using Longform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Longform is a video tracking and discovery tool that uses the YouTube Data API to help users organize and track their video consumption. The service requires users to provide their own YouTube Data API key.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. YouTube API Key

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own YouTube Data API key. You agree to use the key in compliance with Google's Terms of Service and YouTube's Terms of Service. Longform is not responsible for any issues arising from your API key usage.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on Longform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Longform and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Longform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or API quota exhaustion.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Longform operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
